Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Appointments are reserved especially for you. As a one-woman business, last-minute changes have a significant impact on my schedule.
I kindly require at least 72 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Same-day or next-day cancellations are subject to a 50% cancellation fee, and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Appointments booked in advance are reserved specifically for you and cannot be easily filled on short notice.
