3-4 oz of organic Almond oil

10 drops of Lavender essential oil

5 drops of Rosemary essential oil

Applications

-Mix well

-Warm slightly

-Apply to scalp & hair

-Cover and leave for at least 1 hour

-Shampoo & condition hair

Tips to maintain beautiful healthy hair

~Avoid hot water rinses directly to your hair (hot water dulls the hair, causes the hair to fall out and can steal the shine from the hair.

~To stimulate circulation brush your hair gently everyday to different directions. If you have curly hair, brush before washing hair

~Eat foods that contribute to healthy hair and scalp. Beauty always starts from within; feed your body with whole foods and plenty of rich green vegetables such as organic kale and spinach and good healthy fats such as Avocado, olive oil, Ghee and coconut oil as well as a good protein such as beans, nuts and seeds. Also hydration is key to keep the cells happy and functioning well, and of course getting enough rest rejuvenate and renew our cells.

Treatment for oily hair & scalp

Oily hair is caused by over production of sebum by the sebaceous glands.
Therefore, we want to choose essential oils that restore the glands back to normal.
Rose geranium, lemon oil and tea tree essential oils are fantastic at controlling an oily scalp. Add a few drops to your natural shampoo to help balance oil production. Or add 3 drops of lemon oil in a cup of water and rinse hair as final rinse. You can also add Lavender, Peppermint or Cypress

Essential oils that treat dandruff

~Tea Tree (antibacterial, anti-fungal, and antiseptic)

~Chamomile (Calm and soothes scalp irritation)

~Rosemary (antibacterial and anti-fungal, stimulates)

~Lemon (balance oil production)

~Lavender (calming and help get rid dandruff)

~Peppermint (cool and get rid of irritation and red scalp)

~For oil treatment use jojoba, or borage oil (anti-inflammatory)

**Do not apply essential oils directly to skin, always add it either to your shampoo, water or oil.

Essential Oils for Normal Hair

These oils can be added to your choice of oil. I like to add these to either Almond,  Jojoba oil or Coconut oil:

Lavender

Rosemary

Lemon

Geranium

Cedar wood

Thyme

Clary Sage

This is very informative! Effective treatments for some types of hair loss are available, from nonmedical solutions to medications and surgery to promote hair growth and slow hair loss. It same as Haarlem Oil and Haarlem Oil for Human (www.horses-haarlem-oil.com/product-category/shop) made by French people in France very effective products also good for fighting against viruses. I love the journey of my research from this website. Hope you do more blog post here about health. Thank you and God bless.
